As a buyer you always have 14 days from delivery date to cancel your order when shopping from Corniche Watches. If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged.

Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery or normal wear and tear of the case and strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Corniche Watches.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, once your package has left our distribution center you will receive an e-mail including your tracking information.

Can I adjust the strap to fit my wrist better?
Of course! All of our models feature an easily adjustable butterfly clasp, ensuring a great look regardless of wrist size.

Are your watches waterproof?
Yes, our watches are waterproof up to 5ATM. However, to avoid damaging your leather strap, we suggest you take it off before jumping in the shower (or in the ocean for that matter).
