Terms and Conditions
All payments are handled by either Klarna, Mondido or Paypal. VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.
Corniche Watches never store or transfer any credit card information. Corniche Watches use external payment gateways, PayPal, Mondido and Klarna, for e-commerce. PayPal, Mondido and Klarna handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING METHODS
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 business hours of verification, though this may vary depending on the current workload of our warehouse, public holidays and/or other factors.
Please note also that during common shopping holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas almost always comes with shipping delays, please ensure to place your orders in good time.
In areas where our carriers does not deliver we reserve the right to use another carrier or cancel the order. For questions about shipping, delivery times or transportation, contact us by email and we will respond as quickly as we can: helloatcornichewatches.com.
We’re currently not able to ship to APO’s but recommend that you ship to a friend/relative instead.
Our complimentary letter service is by nature uninsured and may take up to 2 months to arrive depending on your local postal service and geographical location.
Please note that we require items within an order in return before we’re able to process a refund.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS/REROUTING
Upon completion of your order Corniche Watches assumes your address to be verified, correct and double checked. Should the need for additional shipping occur, either due to incomplete address or a different destination, the charges may fall on the customer, either in form of an additional payment, or deduction of refund in the event of a return.
IMPORT FEES/DELIVERY CHARGES
Only the price for the product and the shipping fee is included in prices you see at www.cornichewatches.com. No additional charges such as import fees, delivery charges, carrier fees or similar is included. These will be charged to you (not Corniche) by the carrier in connection with or subsequently to the delivery.
Please note that should you, as the receiver, chose to decline these charges upon delivery, Corniche watches will have to settle them in order to get the shipment in return. This sum will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee.
If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
LOST IN TRANSIT
After an order has ben transferred over to the carrier, the responsibility for the delivery no longer falls on Corniche Watches. In the event of a lost shipment, no actions will be taken until the investigation by the Carrier is concluded (most carriers pledge 14 days, but can vary). Please note that shipments containing watches are insured and if such a shipment is deemed lost by the Carrier, it will be replaced. Orders containing only straps/bracelets (with a value under $100) are sent uninsured.
The customer is responsible for providing adequate order information, which is required for all service/warranty claims. If the product has been purchased through a 3rd party, the customer is responsible for providing an adequate verfication of the pruchase date.
Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date.
Please note that the warranty does not cover batteries The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Corniche Watches. Warranty for bracelets is one year from the purchase date and covers miscoloured bracelets only.
The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear on our leather products. Worn edges or corners, natural fading and softening of materials is to be expected.
LEATHER & SUEDE PRODUCTS
All of our leather and suede products are covered by a one year manufacturing warranty. The warranty does not cover issues/changes/damages or similar that occur due to negligent use, nor does it cover normal wear and tear.
Suede products are very senstive – they do not cope well with moist and will have a shorter lifespan than leather.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATIONS
Any product purchased from the Online Boutique can be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Orders over €100 are eligible for complimentary return and replacement shipments.
Please note that watches must be in unused condition for us to be able to grant refund. We do not accept any refunds where the product show the slightest sign of use. We recommend taking a picture of how you have packed your return for future references.
In order to make a return or exchange your product you must contact Customer Support on firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Corniche Watches can not guarantee receipt if return shipments are sent using other shipping methods than the one provided by us. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that returns that was made without contacting customer service may be refused.
Please note that the package must be dispatched within 7 Days upon receipt of the prepaid return label. If your order is not eligible for free returns it must be dispatched within 7 Days of notifying us of your intent to return your order.
For international customers where the order does not contain atleast one item valued over $100, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it’s unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
We recommend arranging for your return with FedEX or UPS and can not guarantee receipt of returns process by any other carrier.
The complimentary shipping service for straps and/or bracelets is different from that of the watches and is uninsured with an average delivery time of 30 days. Corniche Watches does not assume responsibility for any shipments lost in transit utiziling the complimentary, uninsured, post nord shipping method.

We require that you send your return within 14 days of receiving a return label, or we reserve the rights to decline it.
We cannot guarantee cancellation of an order before dispatch, therefore we ask of you to play close attention during the order process.
Items included as part of a promotion are required to be returned in the event of a return or cancellation. They are not considered to be a complimentary item. The exchange of promotional items is not covered by complimentary shipping.
We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.

We use first-party and third-party cookies for the main purposes of web functionality, web statistics and advertising.

We treat personal data according to GDPR. When you purchase something you also approve that we store and handle your personal information and details. We will only store information that is necessary for us to complete our agreement with you and to run our business. With GDPR you have the right to access all of your personal information that we have registered. If the personal details that we have stored are irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to demand that the information is corrected, limited, or removed.
We are responsible för the personal data and information that is being stored and have concluded personal data agreements with our suppliers and partners. We have listed these partners and suppliers below, as well as how we use them, for your reference.

Purpose: We use Google to handle all support cases. The personal data that you send us is therefore sent through Google.

Service: Payments Service
Purpose: We use Mondido to handle payments, refunds and for payment related support cases. The information that you enter when purchasing a product from us, including name, card details, personal number, phone number, email address, delivery address, is encrypted and sent to Mondido.
Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
