Please contact customer service to be provided a return address, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached. Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery or normal wear and tear of the case and strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Corniche Watches. Warranty for our bracelets is one year from purchase date and covers miscoloured bracelets only.

Can I adjust the strap to fit my wrist better?
Of course! All of our models feature an easily adjustable butterfly clasp, ensuring a great look regardless of wrist size.

RETURNS
As a buyer you always have 14 days from delivery date to cancel your order when shopping from Corniche Watches.
If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged.

Yes, our watches are waterproof up to 5ATM. However, to avoid damaging your leather strap, we suggest you take it off before jumping in the shower (or in the ocean for that matter).
