In some occasions, customs remove the strap to test origin and authenticity. This is regrettable since we work hard to make sure that every package that leave our warehouse is perfect. However, what happens in customs is outside of our control. If you are unsure how to re- attach the strap, we recommend that you swing by your local watch store, it only takes them a minute to fix it.
